These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 2winph platform and all services offered at 2winph.app. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a 2winph account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the 2winph platform, including all games, features, promotions, customer support services, and any other services made available through 2winph.app and its associated subdomains or applications.
1.2 2winph operates in accordance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). All online gaming activities on the 2winph platform are subject to applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulations.
1.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
1.4 2winph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the 2winph platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.5 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or participate in any gambling activity on the 2winph platform. This minimum age requirement is established pursuant to Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines. Registration by individuals under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of 2winph is lawful in your jurisdiction. 2winph makes no representations that its services are available or appropriate for use in jurisdictions other than the Philippines.
2.3 Registration Requirements. To register a 2winph account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number registered in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information.
2.4 Prohibited Registrations. Registration is prohibited if you: (a) are under 21 years of age; (b) are already a holder of an existing 2winph account; (c) have previously been excluded or banned from the 2winph platform; (d) are accessing the platform on behalf of another person; or (e) are prohibited from participating in online gambling under applicable law.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). 2winph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of account operation. These may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, PhilSys ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to 2winph's satisfaction.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 2winph account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2winph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 2winph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 Suspicious Activity. You must notify 2winph immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization. 2winph reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation of any suspected security breach or fraudulent activity.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 2winph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any balance remaining in your account (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or gameplay). 2winph may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, not exceeding the account balance, on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. 2winph will provide reasonable prior notice before any such fee is applied.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 2winph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each method as displayed on the platform.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at 2winph is PHP 100 for GCash and Maya transactions. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers and other methods may vary. 2winph reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Payment Ownership. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. You may not deposit using payment methods belonging to third parties. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where technically feasible.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the 2winph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
4.7 Transaction Records. A complete history of all deposits, withdrawals, and wagers is accessible through your 2winph account dashboard. You are responsible for reviewing your transaction history and reporting any discrepancies to 2winph within thirty (30) days of the relevant transaction date.
5.1 Bonus Availability. 2winph may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional benefits to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, which are published on the promotions page at the time of the offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and any maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus funds will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 2winph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings in cases where: (a) bonus terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent activity or collusion is suspected; (c) a player holds multiple accounts; or (d) systematic exploitation of bonus structures is identified.
5.4 Promotion Modifications. 2winph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject to any rights that have already accrued to players prior to such modification.
5.5 Exclusion from Promotions. Players who have activated self-exclusion tools or responsible gaming limits may be excluded from certain promotional offers at 2winph's discretion, in the interest of player protection.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 2winph platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
6.2 Random Number Generators. All virtual games on the 2winph platform utilize certified random number generator (RNG) systems that produce statistically random and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be influenced by 2winph, its employees, or any external party.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure, 2winph reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund affected wagers. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. 2winph is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Game Integrity. 2winph reserves the right to void bets and withhold associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of: (a) exploitation of a known software error or vulnerability; (b) use of automated betting systems or bots; (c) collusion with other players or with platform operators; or (d) any other form of cheating or fraudulent play.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2winph platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
8.1 All content on the 2winph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and trade names — is the property of 2winph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 2winph platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
8.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 2winph platform without 2winph's prior written consent.
9.1 The 2winph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 2winph uses reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted service, 2winph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2winph's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of your deposits in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 2winph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 2winph platform.
9.4 Gambling involves inherent risk. 2winph is not responsible for financial losses arising from the outcomes of games played on the platform. You acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment and accept all gambling risks voluntarily.
10.1 Commitment. 2winph is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity and seek help if needed.

10.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who request self-exclusion will have their account suspended within twenty-four (24) hours of the request. 2winph will use reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion and will not direct marketing communications to self-excluded players. 10.5 Underage Gambling Prevention. 2winph strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years of age. 2winph employs age verification measures during registration and KYC processes. 12.2 The effective date of any amendment will be stated in the updated Terms. Continued use of the 2winph platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.3 If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your account by contacting 2winph customer support prior to the amendment's effective date, and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with these Terms.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 2winph platform shall first be referred to 2winph customer support for resolution. 2winph will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt of a written complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable.
13.4 Nothing in this clause restricts either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
